Returns and Exchanges

Digital Products

There are no returns or exchanges due to the digital nature of the product this includes any PDF or Video product like an Ebook, Workbook, Worksheet, Video Training, Course etc.

Physical Products

Only returns can be done on physical product if you receive a product that is damaged. Please contact me jackiepartridgeart@gmail.com and I will coordinate a return or refund on a physical product with a photograph of the damage. If you would like to cancel an order of a physical product you have 24 hours to receive a full refund.

 Services

For any service appointments like coaching or training where you are paying for an hour appointment you will be charged for the hour even if you are late.

If you need to reschedule, please give me 24 hours by contacting me jackiepartridgeart@gmail.com. Failure to reschedule can cause a loss of service with no refund.

You must pay in advance in full to book a coaching service with me. If you would like to cancel your coaching service with me. As long as you give me 24 hours before our meeting time - I am happy to give you a full refund!
